Irina brings global design and project acquisition expertise to Allamanni, with more than 15 years of experience as an Executive for some of the world’s leading engineering consultancies in Australia and the United Kingdom. With extensive medium to large-scale Australian project experience, Irina’s deep understanding of what makes developments work is applied to all Allamanni projects.

RECENT PROJECTS
Silvyn Street, Redcliffe

Allamanni Developments acquired a 4,500sqm site in the Health Precinct of Redcliffe late 2023, housing the largest Qscan facility in Queensland. We have received a Development Approval for a 1,000sqm medical/ commercial building easily accessible from Silvyn and Portwood Streets with a generous amount of car parks. This gives us an exciting opportunity to deliver a project that will be anchored by Qscan in close proximity to Redcliffe Hospital. With construction underway, we anticipate the practical completion by the end of 2025.

AN END-TO-END DEVELOPER

Production Street, Wacol

This 14,400sqm site in prime industrial location in Wacol comprises three warehouses totalling 3,400sqm, which will be leased back to the previous owner occupier, Riviana Foods Manufacturing. The balance of the site presents an excellent opportunity for a new industrial development in the future given the undersupply in the market.  Lessons from Fred Chaplin Circuit saw Allamanni turn our attention to opportunities with existing structures and development upside.  Purchasing this underdeveloped site below vacant land values with a secure income, epitomises what we were after making us proud to have added it to the Allamanni Property Portfolio.

Fred Chaplin Circuit, Caloundra

1-7 Fred Chaplin Circuit was Allamanni Developments’ first acquisition.  We secured the opportunity at an entry level well below market value with a view to developing our first industrial warehouse.  Before committing to the development of the site, the land was on-sold for a 25% uplift in value, rendering the first investment a significant success!
